Tonalin CLA, Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard, Ethyl Esters, Nitric Oxide Boosters
Everyone is concerned with losing fat and getting a great six-pack. Well with summer only around the corner, it is time to get a move on.
Before I can even discuss any supplements I hope that everyone reading this has a good diet and exercise program in place. Without a good diet, there is no point adding any supplements into your regimen.
I am really a big fan of Tonalin CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). CLA is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in dairy and meat products which helps break up fat molecules in the body, specifically the abdomen.
This is a great supplement for anyone trying to lose fat and for those having trouble getting results from other fat burners. It is also great for those who are sensitive to stimulants since there are none in this product. I added CLA to my diet and have decreased my body fat significantly.
For those looking to add some muscle over the next few months I suggest trying three things. The first is to make sure you are taking in plenty of protein, approximately 1 gram per pound of body weight.
I recommend Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard. Ivan also recommends this protein. It is low in calories, carbohydrates, and fat; and high in protein and amino acids. Extreme Milk Chocolate is my favorite flavor.
The second thing is to try adding a creatine product into your supplement routine. There are many different kinds of creatines: monohydrates, ethyl esters, and buffered to name a few.
I recommend the ethyl esters (CE2, Cell Mass, or Creakic) because they tend to be less bloating than monohydrates and they do not involve as much water weight as monohydrates. The esterified creatines will leave you with a leaner, harder look.
The third is to add a nitric oxide booster to your pre-workout routine. The main ingredient in nitric oxide boosters is Argentine, which is responsible for dilating your blood vessels which allow for nutrients to be pumped through blood into your muscles.
These products help with pumps, focus, and endurance in the gym. In other words they help you get the most out of your workouts. I have tried a bunch of these products and I love NO-Xplode and SizeOn.
That is all I have for you today. Next time I will be discussing some supplements that will help boost your testosterone levels as well as some news on the newest fat burners hitting the market. Best of luck in reaching your fitness goals!
