Creatine

As far as creatine goes, I recently happened to read about the process of deriving it. I found out that:
- * The only way to make any other creatine (Tri Creatine Malate; Creatine Ethyl Ester, etc.) is to make old fashioned Creatine Monohydrate first
- * Creatine Monohydrate is NOT stable in water or acid (your shaker bottle or stomach) and it converts to creatinine - a bi-product of creatine, which the body CAN NOT use
- * The only way to make any other form of creatine other than Creatine Monohydrate is to mix it with the other stuff (ex: Malic Acid for Malate) and put it in a medium (water) to get the two to bond. This, however, makes the regular Creatine Monohydrate convert to creatinine. So, other forms of creatine are quite impossible to achieve
- * Only about 20% of the Creatine Monohydrate that you swallow actually reaches your blood stream in its original form. The rest is converted to creatinine
- * A scientist came up with a way to make regular Creatine Monohydrate stable in water or even acid. It's called Buffered Creatine Monohydrate
- * Buffered Creatine Monohydrate has the potential to reach your blood stream and muscles without any conversion to creatinine
- * Buffered Creatine Monohydrate is known under the name Kre-Alkalyn
- * Since you absorb 100% of it, you only need 1.5 - 3 gr a day
- * The patent holder for Kre-Alkalyn is All American EFX. You can also find it from SciFit
