In a few words I wish I had this guide when I started with bodybuilding. Just like Marc I tried hundreds of different training programs and diet routines. Just like him I learned mainly from my mistakes.

And I continue to learn as I continue to make mistakes. We both actually do with Marc.

But you don't have to! You can learn from his mistakes and experience, and the mistakes of many others and their experience.

Chances are if you are now starting you probably feel overwhelmed by the hundreds and hundreds of pieces of "advice" and tips in different forums and fitness magazines. Some of them even contradict each other.

You probably wish there was a place where you could find all the information you need. A manual, to which you could refer every time you need an answer of a question you have - without spending hours and hours digging the Internet not knowing what you will find and whether you can trust it or not.

Ah…, I don’t even know if I could come up with something to say that hasn't been said already about this book. “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” is the leading, and I mean THE LEADING fat loss book out there.

It was written by (many of you know, but still…) Tom Venuto – a successful natural bodybuilder, coach, and publisher, who has devoted most of his life on studying and experimenting with most of the fat-loss techniques and tendencies, known to men.

His conclusion: The bodybuilder’s type of eating is the best and the shortest way toward gradual and permanent fat loss, and better health (physical and spiritual).

It is THAT simple. The NLP says: If you want to be successful, then mimic successful people. Now, look at Tom’s picture, read his bio… Do you want to be like him?

BFFM book is so widely popular that I don’t feel I can tell you more that you don’t already know. If you know about this book and you still think it is not for you, then IT ISN’T! You will not appreciate it! I will say nothing more about it.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could go to the supplement store, look on the back of a bottle and be able to tell if this supplement works, as claimed on the label or not? Well, you will need to know about each of the individual supplements in the so-called “Proprietary Blend”, I’d say.

Where can you get unbiased reviews on each supplement? Nowhere! They are pretty much all disguised advertisements. Oh, actually I meant “almost nowhere”…
