Q. I just joined. Where should I start?
A. Start by watching the introductory video, a link to which could be found on the home page. That's the page where you land immediately after you login, or if you are anywhere on the site, you can press "Members Area Home" on the top left. The link says "New Account? Click here"
But, since you are here already, simply click on this link, which will open the video in a pop-up window
I didn't get the account activation email. What now?
One reason why you may not received the account activation email is your email provider filters messages, coming from our domain ivannikolov.com. In such case the email may have ended up in your "bulk" or "spam" folder. Please, put sales@ivannikolov.com in your safe, or white list, so that future communication from our site gets to you.
Check in your "bulk" or "spam" folder to see if the account activation email is there. If it's not, please contact us to activate your account from our end. As soon as we receive your email and we verify your payment we will enable your membership. We will send an email confirming your account activation.
As soon as you get our response you can go ahead and log in using your chosen user name and password. To get to the log in page click on the link below:
If you have tried to re-set your password, try locating the Password Re-set email in your "bulk" or "spam" folder. If it's not there use the link below to re-set it again (after you've placed sales@ivannikolov.com in your safe, or white list) and then log in using the newly generated password.
If that doesn't work, contact us again to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q. I want to cancel my membership. What should I do?
Log in to your account. Choose "Upgrade Me!" at the top right. Select "Cancel". Confirm by pressing the "Cancel" button. That's it.
