I was about to leave home on my way to the gym the other morning, and just as I was putting my snickers on I thought "Why don't I take my little camcorder with me and ask my buddy there to film me while I do my favorite abs exercise?"
And I did... I mean I did take the camcorder, and I asked my friend to record while I was doing it.
He (my friend) says there is no way he can do that exercise himself. Since then I've heard a few more people say the same thing, after watching this video.
