This is Ivan Nikolov
Here is my question for you today.
You know we are pretty much in the summer season.
*Are you ready to show off your body?*
*Did you manage to get in the summer shape, which
you promised yourself to get in around January?*
Or may be you always liked yourself and you are
already where you want to be. If that's the case
congratulations. I can say the same for myself.
Or if that's not the case what's the answer to my
questions from above?
If you've started already... good for you. If you
are close to your summer body that's even better.
If you haven't, though, I have another question
for you.
*What is your strategy?*
Here is how I see it
You really get yourself to serious work and find
a good... no.. great fat loss routine, which
incorporates gradual increase of the calorie
expenditure (resistance exercise and cardio).
It also keeps your metabolism high, your body
guessing and your progress constant.
Next, you put together a meal plan that perfectly
compliments your fat loss training routine -
calories are adjusted weekly, according to the
changes in your body.
This way the calories you eat will never turn
out to be more than what you currently need to
continue to melt fat.
And they won't become too little to where you start
losing too much muscle. And the latest seriously
undermines your fat loss efforts.
Another way to do it is to find and hire a good
personal trainer, who will put together a nice
training program for you, tailored toward your
level of physical fitness and goal.
If he is good enough he will also offer meal plan,
custom made to serve your particular needs. And if
he is great, he will adjust this meal program
weekly after examining your progress.
But then this option might not fit into your
budget right now. We all know personal training
is not cheap.
Gee, I am a personal trainer myself... I know
what people pay me to see me a few times a week..
And I'm not saying hiring a trainer is not worth
it. Far from it.
Trust me.. Everybody needs a mentor, a coach. Even
I have mentors and look up to people, from whom
I learn a great deal...
It's a fact. I don't know everything.. I learn
as I go. Just like you.
But back to what I was saying
May be the first option seems to you like a lot
of work. And it is. But, it's worth getting it
done because you learn a lot and ultimately you
shed the fat while learning.
The second option might not be something to
consider.. At least may be not right now.
Well, how about you get someone to coach you
(and mentor you), you get your meals planned
for minutes with virtually NO effort, and you
get a 12-week REAL intense fat loss program
for a FRACTION of what...
...a SINGLE SESSION with a personal trainer
at your local gym would cost?
Yes, I am talking about me coaching you, letting
you use the meal planning tool FitNA, and also
letting you download and print out my member-only
12-week beginner, experienced or "hit plateau"

That's right. Now you have the nutrition planning
software, you have the 12-week programs with
instructions on how to set up and tweak your

or

the way you dismiss almost everything, thinking
that people simply want to get your money.
