Hi, Ivan Nikolov here..
As you may know two weeks a go I finally released
FitNA - the ultimate calorie calculating and meal
planning tool especially created to serve people
like you - bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts.
Based on the feedback that I get from the short
survey I now know that almost all of the users
expressed their surprise to find a program that
really took care of the nutrition part of
their preparation just like in the "Build Your
Customized Diet Plan" e-book, only a lot more
complex!
Of course there was more like negative review, too -
some people are just never satisfied. Even less
so if the stuff is free for use. I start to
think the more free stuff you give people, the
less they appreciate it! Would you agree?
Any way, I've long outlived the thought that
absolutely everybody will like me or the things I
create.
If are reading this and you don't know what I'm
talking about here is the address for the signup
page:
Don't forget that FitNA is free for use (no
commitment of any kind) only until December 31st.

Independent Supplement Test Results
===============================================
I know you've been in this same
situation I've been many times - you read the
ad for a new supplement but there is no way
of knowing whether there are independent tests
done and how the supplement fared on these tests.
Well, there is a way actually. There is that
independent lab that picks randomly from a certain
group of supplements and then puts them through
tests to determine how much of the key ingredient
is actually in the bottle and if there are any
impurities in it too - exactly what you want
to know.
Some of the most popular supplements on the
market today were recently run through the tests.
The supplements - Creatine Monohydrate, HMB
(hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate), Glutamine and BCAA.
Here is what they found:
CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
All of the creatine supplements in powder,
capsule, effervescent, or chewable form passed
the test.
The only TWO that didn't pass were liquid
creatins:
Muscle Marketing USA® ATP Creatine Serum -
only 10% of the daily dose (or 26mg) were found
to be actually creatine! In addition there
was a large amount of creatinine found also.
Creatinine is a waste product from the break
down of creatine. It is inactive in the body
but it taxes the kidneys in addition as they
have to work harder to remove it from the blood
stream.
Vitol Creatine Monohydrate claimed on the label
that their product contains 6,000mg of creatine
in 10-12 drops. The lab comments that this is
simply impossible as 10-12 drops represent about
0.5ml of liquid. In that much liquid they could
have fitted only 600mg even if the supplement
was 100% creatine.
Furthermore, they found NO creatine whatsoever
in this particular product.

HMB
They tested two HMB supplements and they both
passed the tests - Eclipse Sport Supplements
Triple Potency HMB, and SciFit® HMB.
GLUTAMINE
Six glutamine supplements were tested. All of
them passed. Some of the companies were Dymatize
and Vitamin World.
BCAA
Four supplements underwent tests. Three of them
passed, one of them didn't.
Between those that passed were BCAAs of Iron-Tek,
MRM and Precision Engineered.
The one that failed was...surprisingly one
that came from a really reputable company -
a company that's been on the market forever -
Twinlab.
Their Amino Fuel 1000 did actually contain
all the aminos claimed on the label and didn't
contain impurities. Where did it fail then?
What the lab workers found was the tablet didn't
fully disintegrate, which suggests that the
supplement may not be capable of releasing all of
its key ingredients.
Good enough? Stand by for more similar supplement
reviews in the future.
