Your mental reality creates your physical reality

A few examples of how people “believe” reality works:

  • “I’m not respected at work. It must be the company, the people, the managers…”
  • “I’m not valued in my relationship. It’s her/him and their trauma…”
  • “I can’t seem to be able to lose the excess weight. It’s the processed food, it’s my genes…”

The right way of thinking about reality (and taking full responsibility for it) looks more like…

  • “I’m not respected at work. How must I view myself in relation to my work, the people, the managers so this is my experience?”
  • “I’m not valued in my relationship. Am I in a relationship with her/him? Or am I in a relationship with my own deep-seated fears, insecurities, and inadequacies in relation to her/him?”
  • “I can’t seem to be able to lose the excess weight. Why do I feel the subconscious need to hold onto this weight? What am I “protecting” myself from? Or why do I subconsciously believe that being fit will be actually worse for me?”

Truth: Trying to change your physical world without changing your inner world first:

  • Either produces temporary results or…
  • It does not work at all

So why are we still stubbornly trying to do it this way?

Well, what do you think?

Maybe because it has been 400-500 years since we just about completely moved to our left brains?

And got almost fully disconnected from the truth.

The truth is – there is infinitely more to reality, life, and living than what our limited and disconnected intellect can even begin to fathom!

But… what do I know

I’m just a guy reporting on the unpopular news.
