In this series of 4 videos, I am showing you how I work out at present – as of September 2016.
This is the first installment our of 4 videos.
In it I am telling you more about how I train as far as what I do in the gym and what I do on days in which I don’t go to the gym.
There are 3 distinct components in each of my gym workouts – Absolute strength, Power, and Relative strength.
This video demonstrates the 1st component – ABSOLUTE STRENGHT.
In the next video, I will discuss and demonstrate the second component – POWER.
